Necomplus, member of Payten, celebrates three decades of experience in the payments industry as a reference partner in Iberia and Latin America for the development of technological projects for the main banking and non-financial institutions and PSP. The company brings business payments to the forefront by providing innovative software solutions, meticulously conceived to enhance the user experience. Necomplus is also recognised for delivering services to a high standard of quality, which has led it to manage more than 1 million devices per year for major network owners including terminals maintained, repaired or staged.
The company, which has been diversifying its portfolio of solutions and services for several years, is currently immersed in pioneering projects for the integration of Artificial Intelligence in customer solutions, or the software customisation of the devices it deploys in new fleet with Android terminals, key initiatives for the main players in the sector who have entrusted their transformation to the Spanish firm.
Since the company became part of Asseco in 2010, and then Payten in 2019, the evolution of its growth has been unstoppable as a result of synergies with the other companies in the group, the support of Payten's governance and Necomplus' innate technological base, which has allowed to consolidate in recent years the turnover above €50 million, a historic milestone for the company.
"In this journey we have gone through challenges and triumphs that we have overcome thanks to our passion for innovation, commitment to excellence and the trust of our customers. From our beginnings as a startup, we have come a long way to become a reference company in the payments industry thanks to the dedication, commitment and talent of the team" said Juan Vicente Cantó, Executive President of Necomplus during the event organised in Spain on the occasion of the anniversary.
More than 500 people gathered at the different events to commemorate the firm's three decades of history, events in which its founding members, Juan Vicente Cantó - Executive President – and Alejandro Moya - director of Technical Service, recalled with longing the evolution of the company since its beginnings in 1993. The central event organized in Spain was attended by the board of directors, headed by its CEO, Lorenzo Campos, a wide representation of the employees, as well as the main customers in an example of the alliance that Necomplus has with all of them.
Lorenzo Campos, commented "the company's proximity and flexibility and the development of high added value proposals adapted to the needs of customers, have earned us industry recognition that allows us to continue accompanying the main payment networks and institutions in the challenge of transforming the industry".
