In cooperation with card hosting organizations, Chip Card and Postal Savings Bank have successfully completed the implementation of a new service named TIZI, which enables the acceptance of payments from abroad by a recipient in the Republic of Serbia using payment cards of foreign issuers.
Using TIZI, persons from abroad can quickly and simply make real-time payments directly in favor of the accounts held by users at Postal Savings Bank in the Republic of Serbia at lower costs and following the highest safety standards.
Sending money is performed by debiting the payer’s payment card. The recipient has the funds at his/her disposal in a few minutes, via direct payment to the recipient’s account with Postal Savings Bank Joint-stock Company, Belgrade, or via cash disbursement at the Bank’s desks.
The TIZI Project was finished within the planned time frameworks and was completely commissioned in October 2021. The longstanding cooperation between Chip Card and Postal Savings Bank has once again confirmed that good cooperation established between the project teams and clearly defined deadlines and goals exert a significant influence on the success of the project implementation.
TIZI project has enriched Bank’s offer to attract new customers, and at the same time, it has positioned Chip Card as the vendor that has certified itself with card hosting organizations for rendering a new functionality on the market.
